"Flexible and customizable, but requires a lot of learning and configuration."

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like having HR data, recruiting/onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, performance management, and tax filing all with one provider, even though there are multiple modules. I like having many options for configuration even though there's a lot for system administrators to learn about and make decisions on. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I have found UKG Pro to be an easy system to use as an employee user and administrator. It is pretty easy to configure and I have enjoyed using it since 2006. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? UKG can be pricey to get all of the various modules and features. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Seamless access between Core, Onboarding, Performance, and Recruiting. It is nice to have all of these in the same place.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? It allows us to manage several different areas/platforms in, for the most part, one streamlined location. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some of the modules still don't speak to each other. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It has allowed us to automate many manual processes we have been doing for years. This provides a better experience for employees and managers and it allows more time to work on other projects.

Special projects can take a long time to complete or get someone assigned to work on them but that process seems to be getting better. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy payroll processing with tax and garnishment remittance makes it easy for us to manage payroll
