What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the reporting capabilities and how the system is intuitive for our end users. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The least helpful to us is the Recruiting module and the lack of functionality compared to other competitors What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing us to automate the employee life cycle from hire to term. As well as engagement tools such as Performance Management

What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG continues to update to be the best and give the customer what they need to make sure their employees have the best experience possible. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Sometimes you have to ask multiple people to get the answer that works best for you. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to manage your employees - benefits, HCM, Performance, Payroll, etc.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? the flexibility is impressive. I like that about UKG. When we run into a comlpicated problem we can usually figure out a way to solve it. Please get BI for dimensions. Please continue to integrate Dimensions into PRO - they still feel quite different. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? it is complicated to administrate. "Great product, below average back end support"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Works well for our team members and is fairly user-friendly from an admin standpoint. It gave our team members the autonomy they needed to see their accounts, managers to view their teams, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? We really don't love the back-end service. There is too much going on with the onboarding part when it comes to learning. There are multiple websites and logins for different parts of the onboarding experience. What do you like best about UKG Pro? UKG products are good but the customer service is bad. The products do so much but the training on expressions and custom configuration is non existent.
