What do you like best about UKG Pro? -The amount of information that could be entered in the system -The ability to add Goals for each employee -the ability for the employee to complete their elections and fill out a qualifying life event. The platform is user-friendly and the site/dashboard is easy to navigate and find the helpful information you are looking for. The phone application is great for those on the go. What do you like best about UKG Pro? easy access to add punches. Clear overviews of the time worked and vacation hours. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Nothing as of yet. No dislikes. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It was organized to find employees and information. Interface wasn't bad and navigation was fairly easy. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It does not give compensation information, which is needed from a recruiting standpoint to have visibility into internal equity. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? We have actually moved over to a different system now. At the time it was providing employee information.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love that UKG has a great Applicant Tracking System. It is also the best system I have used for workflows/approvals. Everything you need in an HRIS system is housed in UKG, and they partner with so many vendors for integrations that you can streamline much of the HR and benefits process.
