What do you like best about UKG Pro? Very easy to use, anyone can learn it easily, and has all the features neccessary to manage all stages of employee life cycle. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Gem in Workforce Management"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? I can see in real-time how many hours I've worked per day and pay period. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It takes more time to enter login than expected. Everything else is excellent. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating tasks, such as time tracking and payroll calculations, ensuring accurate and reliable information.

"More user friendly than before"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? Payroll Gateway is better than it used to be. It' more intuitive and you can see immediately the results of your efforts. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I still can't get all the appropriate codes to load automatically once I upload the csv file. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I enjoy working with the UKG Rapid Response team. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? It takes forever to get a service request work to start. Recommendations to others considering UKG Pro: UKG has great customer service and the account manager will be there every step of the way. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to build reports through BI to gather data.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? it is a easy candidate data base, ease to see pay stubs for our employees and easy to re set passwords for people to log into their accounts What do you dislike about UKG Pro? What do you like best about UKG Pro? I have used many software like ceridian, ADP, UKG dimensions and aldo used UKG Pro as well. UKG pro is a good software. But UKG dimension is more easy than pro.
