"Rollercoaster Ride"
What do you like best about UKG Pro? The Reporting features are unbelievable. Processing Payroll is much faster. Overall very impressed What do you dislike about UKG Pro? The fact that it usually takes months for an update for a problem to be pushed out. This is quite a long time to use an interim work around. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like all the different things that this software can do, from clocking in, to PTO, to employee review, etc. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Not too many dislikes, everything is easy to use and easy to find What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes keeping tracks of hours, PTO, and compensation very easy

What do you like best about UKG Pro? The variety of tools we have at our fingerprints. The challenges is all the work required in the background to set up those tools. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? You really need a dedicated technical person to manage it. We have no IT support. We had to hire an HRIS person whose sole purpose is to work on UltiPro. The product itself is very easy to navigate and if there are questions there are tutorials on almost every page.
