What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love the simplicity of logging in and being able to check my pay, update my personal information and track my own information. I also like how easy it is for me to get my W-2 and process my taxes online. I also like that it can track all of my time off that I accrue. another feature I like about using this product is if I move I can update all my information on my own. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I do like that it should offer a variety of tools as an HRIS and allows you to add an "About Me" section for employees. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Ultipro is very limited in it's capabilities and does not handle integrations well. Ultipro is consistently going down during times when all employees are either clocking in/out or submitting survey results. The system cannot handle much. What do you like best about UKG Pro? It is really easy to clock in and out, check pay stubs and work information all in one place. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Some things don't automatically update, including my vacation/sick time leaving some ambiguities. Also the request time off feature is a bit complex to use and has left some in my office without proper pay (later fixed) after a manager didn't approve it correctly. What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ultipro is pretty easy to manage and understand. It isnt just a place for payroll, but also houses other benifits and can contain information like news updates and whatnot that are managed by your company. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the flexibility to create user defined fields. This has allowed us to be able to track things in the system that otherwise might not have been possible.
