What do you like best about UKG Pro? The implementation process was easy and they offered lots of support overall. The time piece is easy to use and track your team's time and request offs. Core is very easy to use and very straightforward. The support and features has greatly increased over the last few years. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? "Dependable and easy to use! Has everything I need"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? Easy to navigate. Informative. Has all of the content that I need. Good support when I have questions. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Logging in is challenging for some employees. The two factor autentication codes do not always send making it so employees cannot log in at times. The very long password requirements also give some of my employees challenges when logging in. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? n/a

"Responsive to fast paced business"

What do you like best about UKG Pro? When I call in a work ticked I get almost a immediate response, so I know how long the issue can take and I can then decide if I need to notify our Facilites and Associates or not. Very responsive! What do you dislike about UKG Pro? We would have purchased the time clocks, by not integrating the time clocks we have issues with our ERP transferring data, which is our problem and not a dislike of UKG Pro.
