What do you like best about UJET? of all call platform that I have used before, ujet is the best when it comes to quality calls and being user friendly. No delicate options and stuffs , just pure awesomeness. What do you dislike about UJET? not that i can see as of the moment. but will definitely report once I have one. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Clear and pristine quality of calls. Its like you are on a landline ,no delay and no lags

What do you like best about UJET? It is easy to navigate to the appropriate aux when working, taking a meal, breaks, and/or preparing for meetings; there are other auxes to use for work as well. What do you like best about UJET? The most valuable part about UJET is that it is easy to use. I like that each aux Has a different color that helps us identify the proper channel. What do you like best about UJET? Great for phones and chats. Can assist more than one customer at once when doing chats What do you dislike about UJET? Chats come in if you're available instead of accepting them like phone calls What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Splits calls and chats between the people who are available instead of answering them back to back

"It has been an amazing experience working on UJET"
What do you like best about UJET? The best thing about UJET is it's easy use and no issues during use. If there is ever an issue it is usually resolved quickly. What do you dislike about UJET? I don't have anything I dislike about UJET. What do you like best about UJET? I love that Ujet Call and Chat are easy to use and do not need complex processes to understand. It works well even if our system is new. I am recommending Ujet to my friends. What do you dislike about UJET? Ujet chat delays have been addressed. Thank you for fixing it. What do you like best about UJET? IT IS USER-FRIENDLY, I Love that we can transfer a call and chat with a third party. We can have a seamless conversation with other departments and take care of the customer in one call What do you dislike about UJET? The sound or alert when a call is incoming What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I like the stats that are displayed, it helps me stay on track with my coworkers, and track my improvements.
