What do you like best about UJET? I love how user-friendly and intuitive UJet is on the user, admin, and manager levels. It's effortless to update the IVR and tweak settings without the need for their help or the help of someone with IT knowledge. "Good experience with ujet software and easy to handle"
What do you like best about UJET? Everything is easy and user friendly. I would definitely suggest this software to any company. Easy to understand and easy to handle and happy to use it. "Easy software to use with minimal errors"
What do you like best about UJET? It is very easy to use, The interface is usable that shows the call status which helped me during working hours. Also, it fits with our internet speed very well. "Makes your workspace feel easy, in order, and complete"
What do you like best about UJET? I love how easy the transfer service is. I love how we can communicate with our customers through chatting or even calls. Lets us assist them in a quick manner. What do you like best about UJET? It's really helpful, easy to deal with, and fast to load. I like the coloring change for each status it's really eye-catching and it gets your attention. What do you like best about UJET? I like that it's easy to use as I can easily set my status depending on what I am working on a single day. It can manage calls, chats, and e-mails along with Kustomer's integration. It's the best working experience ever! What do you dislike about UJET? What do you like best about UJET? It has a very small footprint on the system resources. Fast to launch and fast to perform actions. What do you dislike about UJET?
