What do you like best about UJET? I am team lead, so i have to check the status of other agents, to verify if there is any human hardware issue or connectivity issues. Ujet allows me identify this errors and work in them. Also it allows to hear the interaction and in case is necessary let the other agent what was the call about. What do you dislike about UJET? What do you like best about UJET? The differen auxes that we can use and the colors it has. What do you dislike about UJET? Sometimes it gets stuck when I received a call. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? The easy way to use it, sometimes the colors on Ujet changed but now is more easier to identify wich one we need to use

What do you like best about UJET? I like the design and how simple it is, very easy to learn and visually appealing. What do you dislike about UJET? There is nothing major that I dislike about UJET, everything is great. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? "Amazing Work Tool"

What do you like best about UJET? I like it because it has a good response speed. I love that we have the option to add a party while still having the main caller on the line. It's a really useful tool. What do you dislike about UJET? I think it would be useful if the wrap-up option was automatically set. "Very nice"

What do you like best about UJET? It's really easy to use ujet when it come thru chat or call, very friendly user! What do you dislike about UJET? The only thing that bothers me when using ujet is when you log in it takes a couple second for you to change your auxes What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Actually there's no problem in ujet. Very friendly user when you're using it. I don't have problems using ujet so far.

What do you like best about UJET? I love the UI so much, so clean and simple yet fully-featured and the way it's integrated with Kustomer is so seamless feels like the same platform also the states are super helpful. What do you like best about UJET? My favorite thing about ujet is the hands on approach that have with their users and clients. What do you dislike about UJET? I feel like UJet could be better with consistency in their messaging and costumization we with the experience we have. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you?
