"Simple and Efficient"

What do you like best about UJET? Tool is very simple and efficient. Management and reporting is easy with the interface. What do you dislike about UJET? It can be better if we can have sorting on all columns in queue management. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Queue Management and tracking agent behaviors

"Simple but elegant"

What do you like best about UJET? Toggling with different auxes is easy and reliable. Color coding of each auxes making it easy to determin. Using it to search for the right deaprtment to transfer to is user friendly. What do you dislike about UJET? Sarting it is a bit of a pain, it loads up a bit slow. Using it inside an app to make outbound calls will automatically create a ticket which makes the process tideous when it does. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about UJET? UJET makes our job easier on a daily basis. From monitoring every calls that are my agent receives, from the calls that they needed to transfer for me to take over are transferred seamlessly. GOOD JOB UJET! What do you dislike about UJET? What do you like best about UJET? Timing is important in this type of field. It all depends on how you behave in terms of keeping to your work schedule.
