UJET the best solution for calling.

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about UJET is that is really flexible and helps you configure all the aux you will need. What do you dislike? One of the issue I dislike is that you only have access with google account you cant create a account with another email. The training was very well explained and a lot of my questions were answered from the webinar.

What do you like best? Understanding how to utilize the chat feature while taking a call so that information can be transmitted via SMS was awesome. What do you dislike? Is one of the most reliable and nice-looking base to handle calls

What do you like best? The multiple ways and options are available for us agents can interact more with it and it has a really reliable way to receive a call with no issues and keep the customer with the best experience on the call with no lag or call issues. What do you like best? The ability to make phone calls with the push of a button What do you dislike? I wish there were options on sounds that the phone ringing makes. Ujet is the perfect companion to our workflow with Zendesk!

What do you like best? I absolutely love how everything I need to do to handle a customer's issues is integrated seamlessly with Ujet! What do you like best? The ease of use and the ability to use the prompts during interactions to save time. What do you dislike? Only when the system gets stuck but a quick reboot resolves the issue. Amazing product easy to use.

What do you like best? The Graphic user interface is really friendly. Not complicated at all. No upsides so far except that it gets stuck, and we can't refresh. What do you dislike? Ujet gets stuck, and we can’t receive the call or see who is calling, there is no way to refresh just the pop up without refreshing the whole page.
