"Excellent"

What do you like best about UJET? It is very useful for customer service. Their support team tries to help with almost every issue. You can monitor reports easily. What do you dislike about UJET? I think we should see the error type or error code. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? I can monitor my team's productivity and take action immediately.

"Communication of the Future"

What do you like best about UJET? I've been a UJet user for about a year and a half now. I've experienced a different type of software that allows you to communicate with your customers via chat and phone before, but I will tell you that Ujet makes all other software experiences incomparable. "Very organized and very effective when it comes to assigning calls."

What do you like best about UJET? The easy accessibility, the way everything is organized and can be found easily without any help. What do you dislike about UJET? "Ease of use"

What do you like best about UJET? It is very simple to use. All the tools I need to do my job are easy to locate and it streamlines my work flow. My daily tasks are simplified mostly into this one app. What do you dislike about UJET? Not being able to link current contacts to a ticket, it wants to create a new contact, so the ticket cannot be linked to an account if it doesn't show up with an account already attached to it. What do you like best about UJET? The best thing about Ujet is that it is easier than other apps. Ujet helps me to bring great service to my customers.
