I was having a few issues with ucraft and Laurie from Ucraft was so kind and patient in helping me address all my issues. Ucraft is truly an amazing platform with a great customer support which is invaluable for the kinks that may come up.

What do you like best? It's an easy to use website builder, the free version has enough features to make a cool personal website and best of all: UCraft is the olny website builder I know of that lets you connect your own domain to your FREE site for free! A new multipage site in about two hours
What do you like best? It took me a little while to figure out the interface, but I was able to create (and publish to my external site) a whole new design in about two hours. Highly recommend. What do you dislike? The logic was new to me, but wasn't too difficult to figure out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Published to my existing external site.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They use predatory practices and "gotcha" tactics to rip clients off. When I tried to contact support, they ignored my email. And when I followed up AGAIN, they were condescending and refused to offer a refund for a year of service I was not planning to use. Not worth getting caught up in this company.

Autistic approach
What do you like best? Visual approach to building a site let’s you see what you want. Helpful instructions. Easy to connect to my domain. What do you dislike? Not enough adaptability to modify boxes. Took some time to realise the limitations of the building. I was using the free site builder which may explain it. Picture manipulation was restricted. What do you like best? The best thing we like about Ucraft is that it allows us to track our orders real time. It sends push notifications about pretty much everything hapenning on our store What do you dislike? Best I've come across!
What do you like best? This is my hobby. I have my own website to spend 15 minutes on during my work downtime so every day it gets a little bit better. Anyway I was with another provider until one day they informed all users that they were migrating from cpanel due to a change in terms or service and they got into trouble with the migration. Great way to design a new website
It Was very easy to navigate and understand how to create my website. I had a ton of fun ideas while creating. And I was able to purchase my domain right after I was satisfied with my site.
