Affordable, plus it has dozens of features that we find useful.

PROS: We've been scouting the market for a solution that would not only help us smoothen our workflow, but also integrated properly with our existing programs. Enter uContact. It has a slew of tools under its belt and lets us respond to our customers in a variety of platforms--via chat, through calls on their mobile and even their landline phones, email, etc. It is very reasonably priced as well. "Amazingly complete product, great Price, and the best service. "

What do you like best about uContact? After doing a very lengthy research and several RFPs we ended up with Integra and its U Contac Solution, it’s extremely complete I wanted a CRM (which is adaptable to our needs) several channels (Chat, E-mail, telephone and eventually social media) also the ability to adapt it and flexible solutions, it meets all. In addition it has the best price in the market product-features.

What do you like best about uContact? Super efficient for supervising and managing your call center. They offer dashboards with real time data, recordings of every channel interaction, listen to calls, dialer monitoring with live feed, agents performance measurements, live coaching for sales day, and many others that makes an easy task when needing to be on top of your call center performance.

"Great tool for collections agencies"

What do you like best about uContact? Thanks to uContact we were able to increase dramatically our collection rate. It is super easy to use and offers all the possible dialers so you can choose the one that suits your campaigns best.
