What do you like best about UChat? Every week you will see new feature updates and training videos. The recent addition of Open AI, has helped in NLP and respond uniquely to each customer. Also founder is very committed to make this the bring new features and integration.

What do you like best about UChat? It has a drag and drop builder which can allow you to build the chat flows relatively quick, however it can still be quite granular and detailed to set it up. It is helpful that there are many templates.
