Not fit for purpose
There were different technical issues that made having calls difficult, if not impossible sometimes (delayed audio, one side not hearing things, calls disconnecting etc). We raised these issues but there was no urgency to have them fixed and after many weeks of terrible call quality we had to find another provider. Jansin was great
Jansin was great. Very helpful in answering my questions in order to navigate the dialpad admin settings. Overall, if I had to call dialpad again I hope that I either get him or someone as helpful.

Wildly disappointing company
Wildly disappointing company. We paid over USD $10,000 to get started, were given multiple PM's because their call quality was so poor. Ivy then joined their team, she was supposed to look into the call quality issues and nothing changed. We had to go back to our current vendor with our tail between our legs and the only reason we left them was because of the lower pricing.
