What do you like best? I like that I'm able to customize the experience both for myself and for those with whom I meet. And I love that I'm able to secure the conference when the expected attendees are present. It gives all of us peace of mind. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that I can use via my mobile device, as well as my computer. The share screen function is really helpful as well. What do you dislike? I really don't like logging in via mobile, connecting via my carrier plan, and being asked to enter my PIN. It literally never has worked for me. HD (wifi) works, but not carrier with my stupid PIN. What do you like best? Its web based, really easy to use, and works great not only on transcribe but also, recording the conversation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like it was no cost to start. It's easy to use and the sound quality is really good. Outlook integration works fine. I like being able to know where people are calling from.
