Avoid at All Costs – Unresponsive and Overcharging
Since October 2023, we’ve been overcharged more than AU$10,000 for services never used, under the watch of account manager Fretz. Despite multiple emails and even a Zoom meeting to explain the issue, there’s been zero resolution. The incorrect charges keep appearing month after month, adding financial stress with no response from customer service. A+ Product Support by Customer Service
Great product. After a few bumps in the setup process, I had to reach out to customer support. By sharing a screen, they addressed all my questions. The agent "Jansin Locsin" was very polite and correct to the point.

DO NOT USE !!!!!
Absolutely horrible experience with Dialpad, Initially it was fine, however as soon as I had any technical issue it gets passed from team member to team member all telling me to do the same thing that did not fix the issue. They then proceeded to tell me the issue was because I didn't correctly check a box on their online portal. But guess what it was checked and I had already tried that. To then get passed onto another and another. All whilst nobody actually listened to the actual issue.

Initially, I did have an issue on setting up the app but it was more of a geographical issue than an issue with Dialpad. On activation I had issues with assigning numbers and sought the assistance of the support team bot and almost instantly I was assigned to an agent - Rob, whose questions were precise and backed it up with an efficient delivery of service!

One of the worst VoIP services we've ever used. They suspended our account without any reason four times. Each time, they provided us with the reason that the nature of our business didn't follow their guidelines, and therefore they suspended our account. Then, when we complained, they would reactivate it, apologizing that it was a mistake on their end and that they couldn't disclose the exact reason for the suspension.
