Typeform offers a good balance between usability and functionality

Typeform offers the functionality you will need in a very easy to use way.It offers extensive survey templates and it is attractive ,fun for your survey respondents to use.The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Support sucks so much!
The way is works on a classic way is smooth, but the 2 new options to embed on a website by Tab of Floating button suck. Their support is even more worse. After some emails, video and screenshots, the keep telling me that it is in my code!?!?! But i use there standard code. The keep coming up with standard replies without reading the question and issue i got.

Arbitrary account suspension
I've just had my account arbitrarily suspended for a "breach" of their T&Cs. Because we had a field on one of our forms called 'password', they assumed we were using the form to harvest passwords illegally. I wrote to explain that wasn't the case at all and we had a legitimate reason to have that field, but they wouldn't consider my argument. It's an amazing tool for anyone looking forward to collect responses and information on the web.
What do you like best? Easy, intuitive, with great appearance and functionality! What do you dislike? The branding for the "Essentials" plan should be removed! Recommendations to others considering the product: The trial feature is pretty good. But ypi could easily extend it to the "Essentials" basic plan. What problems are you solving with the product?
