It's friendly and very open to new users. I say its a great service. We use it for 2 businesses and it has made a huge impact on how we perform as an internal team and asking for feedback with our clients. Nothing negative to say, cool colors and formats, tutorials, etc. We have loved the service :)

Now using Typeform for all online and email forms
We used to struggle with creating and managing forms on multiple websites and email campaigns. I now use Typeform to centralize all the embedded contact forms on 4 of our Corporate sites, as links in multi-question email satisfaction surveys and single question transaction surveys.
