Beautiful surveys
Typeform makes surveys something that you actually want to fill out. They have templates for fun backgrounds & the font is large, which draws in respondents' attention. I think the best thing about Typeform from a respondent perspective is the fact that you can fill out the entire survey without even using your computer mouse. Typeform has allowed me to survey for higher education faculty members
Typeform has allowed me to survey online faculty member in a monthly newsletter. I have received great insight and data that my team is not able to receive during training and coaching sessions.I really appreciate the different types of questions that are available for use and different ways to receive answers and data. Typeform is very easy to use and allows for creation of surveys and questions.

Very Good, Almost Great
Typeform is an extremely useful tool. The interface, particularly for mobile, is amazing. My main issue is that it glitches and freezes frequently. If I could add one feature that would help make it great, it would be a way to bulk upload multiple choice questions.

Well Designed
A little bit hard to navigate, but once you do, Typeform is very helpful in shortcutting questions to others to make quizzes and surveys. You can use keys to answer instead of your cursor if you prefer, use a progress bar, use pictures, use a calculator, and set a theme and font.

Very convenient service!
We enjoyed the service that Typeform provided us when we needed it. The process was very easy to work through. Anytime we had questions they were very helpful in getting what we needed or at least close to what we needed. The forms that they had available were nice and clear. They made our forms very user friendly for our website. I would definitely recommend them to other companies to use no matter how large or small it is. Thank you Typeform for everything.

Really great platform. The only thing that we would really like to see is a matrix question type make its way into the platform

I love Typeform BUT!
I love Typeform. I wish it was a bit more of a fleshed-out product. There are so many opportunities for use that they are not taking advantage of.- save and continue- custom fonts- more question types- more robust integrationsEDIT:Your response sends me to links that says "you can't do what you asked for." Typeform was neither easy or difficult…
Typeform was neither easy or difficult to use, I struggled at first then was able to quickly send out my group message. Messages were received and data was collected. The data display was unremarkable as well. Typeform proved and adequate alternative to SurveyMonkey. I recommend everyone try Typeform, as a new company they will be improving so I will definitely give them another try.
