Typeform is an easy solution to create customizable survey forms for all purposes.

Powerful survey tool to easily and beautifully collect data
What do you like best? The flexibility of the forms makes it easy to use in many different cases. The conditional logic is powerful and helps collect the right data from clients. What do you dislike? Typeform is a great too
Typeform is a great tool and has made a lot of progress. It still doesn't allow to customize some aspects like fonts type and font size, but the tool really works.If you want to create fluid and visually appealing forms, surveys, etc, Typeform is definitely your best option.

Most aesthetic survey software I've ever used.
What do you like best? Typeform end-user experience is outstanding! The way the graphics flow from question to question is so satisfying. The ability to customize these surveys is great, and it's so easy to use. Our clients seem to love them, and we've had superb feedback from staff members when using it internally. I've tried them all, and TypeForm's my favorite
Best UX for a survey -- both for the person creating the survey as well as the person taking the survey. While the design and functionality is intentionally minimal, I find that it's actually more robust than I need, without getting in the way. I'm able to get surveys created and published in minutes. I get the data I need and users have a frictionless experience. I love TypeForm.

I am pleased with typeform as a whole
I am pleased with typeform as a whole. The only thing that was complicated was getting the surveys into emails. Overall it is a great website that has helped me in my company.
