"Tymeshift FTW"
What do you like best about tymeshift? Not having to deal with spreadsheets all day has made my life incredibly easier. So that's one thing. I am also a huge fan of its ability to make accurate forecasts with all the information that Zendesk already has stored: that means once you set up, you don't have to start from scratch collecting data and feeding it. It's quicker, it's easier, and it's simpler.

"Reviewing of the scheduling function and reporting"
What do you like best about tymeshift? Its easy to get support. Sometimes I am working in the tool and get stuck and I see the little help window. This makes life easier.
