"Great for Time Keeping"
What do you like best about tymeshift? What I like best about Tymeshift is that I'm able to keep track of my time at work. We integrate it with Zendesk, and so I'm able to switch in between 'time codes' and better organize my daily schedule, on and off the queues.

"WFM done right"
What do you like best about tymeshift? Tymeshift fills the gap left by Zendesk regarding WFM and on some of the performance tracking information. We love the Talk+ integration to adjust Talk status automatically, the forecasting and auto-scheduling features, and how seamless it is for someone to go back and review their teams' performance.

What do you like best about tymeshift? It's effortless to learn the software and implement it, thanks to the help center and YouTube videos. Customer service is top-notch, and improvements are constant as they take feedback from customers very seriously.
