Twitter analytics doesn't stack up to other ad platforms

What do you like best? The super simplified layout makes it easy to find basic analytical stats very quickly. Great per post breakdown of views and engagement. This really allows you to see how effective certain posts are in comparison to others. What do you dislike? Not enough options to review advanced analytical advertising stats. Facebook and Google have many more options and go way deeper into giving you more insights about your marketing efforts. Plus, Twitter's targeting ...

Good Overview For the Month But Fewer Details Than Other Similar Social Platforms

What do you like best? I like that Twitter Analytics allows you to see some big picture analytics at a glance - it makes it easy to look and see what has resonated with your followers each month and over time. It's easy to see what has been successful so that you can duplicate that or present it to management who are looking for success stories. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's much more difficult with Twitter Analytics to dive in deeply to review the numbers. It's nowhere ...

Functional in-site analytics

What do you like best? Everything is done within the site/app so it’s nice to not have to use a third party. Clear layout split out by month What do you dislike? Hard to get bespoke specific data - you’re limited to what the app will show you What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good first party analytics when you download it - lacking in follower/audience data

What do you like best? There is a lot of rich data when you download it to excel/CSV. The ability to trend data and see it visually on their graphics is helpful. What do you dislike? Demographic and audience data is lacking, as well as overall follower #'s. At one point they weren't even showing my new follower numbers for about 2 months, until it got fixed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to dowload the excel/CSV files of rich data from Twitter ...

A simple tool for analytics

What do you like best? The thing I like best is the summary review you see for each month right away. What do you dislike? I dislike when you go into each month's details that it does not offer the full analytics there as well. What you see on summary is not found in the full analytics. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a simple, free tool to get immediate analytics from Twitter. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

Twitter Analytics Review

What do you like best? I think the best thing is that is displays results quickly and in a very easy to understand manner. It is easy to explain results and to show the tangible results to other staff members. What do you dislike? The only dislike is that it can sometimes be narrow in its approach. It can be quite hard to segment multiple customer types in one analysis and report. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say just get stuck in with the ...
