Easy to Use Analytics

What do you like best? It's easy to filter through and get the important metrics and results whether it's by campaign, ad sets or the ads itself. It's not clunky or slow even with a lot of creatives set up on the back end What do you dislike? no complaints about the app so far, especially if I compare it to other channels What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have used it for B2B and lead gen campaigns to identify brand impact ...

Second to Facebook, but displays valuable information

What do you like best? The best thing about this service is it's "highlights" page where you can see your growth in followers, likes, impressions, etc. What do you dislike? It becomes clear nearly immediately that once you attempt to view more detailed demographic data that Twitter does not have as much control over who specifically views your content in the same way that Facebook does. Random impressions outside of the targeted demographic are common and often near 10%. What ...

Sweet, actionable statistics

What do you like best? We use Twitter Studio and access analytics via Studio. I love the fact that Twitter's analytics are natively integrated into the platform, have extensive details about top tweets per month, top influencers, and detailed statistics about who is talking about you. You get, at your finger-tips, some of the powerful details you'll get in commercial applications. What do you dislike? The biggest downer with Analytics is searching and drilling down into details. ...

Twitter Analytics provides a high-level overview of an accounts metrics and performance.

What do you like best? The Twitter Analytics user interface is easy to navigate and therefore easy to quickly glean the data and information that I need. What do you dislike? What I view as a positive can also be a slight negative. The reporting that Twitter Analytics offers is very high level and does not provide an "advanced analysis" of the account. Recommendations to others considering the product: The service is free and provides a high-level overview of the ...

Twitter Analytics for tracking influence

What do you like best? Twitter analytics is a one-stop dashboard for analysing and tracking the performance of one's tweets and being an inhouse Twitter tool it gives you very detailed insights into your impressions on Twitter. What do you dislike? The analytics layout should have a quick way to search for a particular tweet than having to either scroll through tweets or first find a tweet via the generic twitter search and then going the analytics from there. I also I wish ...
