I've been using TurboTenant as a landlord for one year. The TurboTenant user interface is easy and intuitive to use. TurboTenant make it easy for me to manage my rental property from creating/extending lease, checking in with my tenants, managing repair requests, finding tenants, setting up deposites, and other very useful functionality. TurboTenant is the best place I have ever used for managing all my rentals. Keep track of all your properties within one site. Within your listing which is broadcast out to multiple sites, they also have a link for prospectives to fill out a pre-screener and later an application if you choose to accept them, and have their credit run at their own expense, or yours if you chose. You can add many photos, and information to describe our listing and all your communication are in one place. ...

I love how responsive the customer service agents are!

I love how responsive the customer service team is! They typically respond to my inquiries within 24 hours and they always have a solution to my issues. They give me clear and concise answers and is happy to explain things in a way that makes sense! I am a new landlord and I hope to purchase more properties and TurboTenant makes the administrative side to this job very easy!

TurboTenant is a MUST HAVE!

I started using TurboTenant to market my property on several websites. I ended up processing all of my applications through the platform. They provide leases, according to what state the property is in, which is great, I have properties in Colorado and Texas, so there was no second guessing if I was in compliance. My rents are collected via the platform as well and deposited into the checking account of my choice. I can't say enough good things about this truly amazing product!

As a first-time independent landlord, I stumbled upon TurboTenant after becoming thoroughly frustrated with traditional property management companies, while not having the time or expertise to manage the rental process on my own.
