"Excellent Assistance"

What do you like best about TUNE? It gives you a comprehensive report on what you really want to check on any campaigns you set in TUNE! It also save reports so it will be easier to access the month to month traffic and data flow and performance. What do you dislike about TUNE? "Tune - the platform with a bright future, being eclipsed by 2nd rate platforms"

What do you like best about TUNE? the tracking, mobile technology. The support had always been great and the company culture stellar. It's a great platform with awesome API's. "used to be cheap and easy to use, now its neither."

What do you like best about TUNE? There isnt much to like about this software. Support is barely there or misunderstands most requests. Software is expensive for the features. Very slow and buggy. You will get offers showing as invalid and have to refresh the page to get them to show up. What do you dislike about TUNE? Software is very expensive compared to others in the same category. When it comes to things, it’s the professionalism that counts the most.

PROS: Great team. They're good at what they do. Product is reliable. Company is trustworthy from the start. CONS: HasOffers doesn't seem to have a server in China. Therefore, system operations on our end won't run efficiently. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this would be resolved.

Not helping with canceling the contract

PROS: We have been barely using your product for almost 2 years with a hope to growing our advertising branch, but we never did. We wanted to cancel the contract or downgrade - but Tune management do not agree, they want us to pay it fully even we do not use it. We contacted Tune nicely asking to downgrade it, cancel it...in return we got "deal" that we can cancel it and pay it fully to the end (whats the point) or we can extend it for another 12 months. Poor product, very high price

PROS: Ease of use is good. Quite a few functions, but a large part is not working properly. CONS: The price is very high, especially considering the quality of the product. Many functions do not work properly. The software does not meet our expectations and cannot be customized. Support is helpless. They don't see problem, say they can't do anything, or say it's not Tune's fault.
