Very convenient
What do you like best? I love the fact that your customers can rate the service they have received from you and make the prospective customers know how good the company is. I especially love the 1-star customers, as they really show you where you need improvement. What do you dislike? I hate the fact that it allows customers who are I - rate to post more than 1 review. Excellent platform for service and product reviews
What do you like best? Very transparent, easy to use and useful platform to gather reviews and improve both services and products and customer service. Useful for SEO too. Great backend. Great easy to use service
What do you like best? It's very easy to setup, to integrate invitations with the way we do our business. I managed to integrate it via zapier with eventbrite our event ticketing system as well as a google sheet we use internally. it works smoothly now. integrating the widgets into our site and using different tags for different pages was very useful as well. So Far So Good
What do you like best? I like how easy it was to implement on our Facebook Page since our Recommendations aren't available. I like the star rating next to our name on the Google search and I like how easy putting the TrustBoxes on the website is! What do you dislike? I don't have dislikes at this time. Improve your SERPs
What do you like best? The ability to include SEO Rich Snippets on our pages. It really improves some of our subpages on our domain in the SERPs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Everything is easy to use and there's great support if needed. Reviews can be collected with order information.
