"I used Truly at my last sales role and it was incredibly helpful when we did heavy cold calling."

What do you like best about Truly? I like the easy integration with salesforce, saved me a lot of time. The UI is also quick and easy to use, which is important when you're attempting to get out a large of number of calls in a short period of time. Never had connectivity issues, which again was a big plus. The best thing for me was how receptive the Truly team was to any feedback and how quickly they accommodated special requests or troubleshooting, made you feel like they actually cared ...

"Truly will be our last Dialer "

What do you like best? We have used Ringcentral, Dialpad, and Talkdesk over the last 5 years and nothing has worked this well. The best part of Truly, by far, is its ease of use. From the sales process to implementation and beyond, Truly has earned our business and continues to do so each day. It's clear they care about their customers (they have a support chat function in app) and me and my team gets, proactively, checked up on regularly.

What do you like best about Truly? We have used Ringcentral, Dialpad, and Talkdesk over the last 5 years and nothing has worked this well. The best part of Truly, by far, is its ease of use. From the sales process to implementation and beyond, Truly has earned our business and continues to do so each day. "Great, the forced wrap up before starting a call is annoying, especially on mobile"

What do you like best? Works like it should for dialing, reliable to integrate activity records with SFDC, useful for replaying call and taking notes.

"A must have tool for sales professionals"

What do you like best? The texting feature is incredible -- I wish I had it at my last role. It has made it exponentially easier to reach out to prospects that have gone quiet, and is easier than balancing gchat, whatsapp, etc!
