Dreadful program

Dreadful program. It came bundled with my BT internet so when I upgraded my service I figured I`d give it a try. I wish to god I hadn`t bothered.To begin with, It deleted all my cookies in Firefox when "migrating" my log-ins. Not a single login through truekey worked, every single one failed and bugged out. I tried deleting the truekey profile and entering the passwords manually, - that didn`t work either... I uninstalled it and it left all sorts of remnant files in my registry and PC which ...

Truly awful software

Truly awful software. It came with McAfee so I started using it. With regular frequency, it would be flaky and fail to add my username or return the wrong password. I then had to retrieve my username and password from elsewhere. Now it doesn't work at all. Completely a waste of time and is not to be trusted.

It took ages to get it to work with my browser and eventually it did work then as soon as I did an update to my browser it stopped working again. Its says on the phone version you can use your face to log in but again I can't seem to get that to work only on my iPhone. My new Android phone will only let me log in via log in details instead of using face or fingerprint so very annoying. I've gone over it time and time again. I just give up with it.
