What do you like best about TriZetto Facets? We have been using Trizetto for many years now and have never run into any problems getting out claims out to insurances. Their website is very user friendly. Customer service is always very helpful and easy to get ahold of.

The way facets segregates various aspects of a claim, member, enrollment, provider and all the various aspects of a healthcare incident into modules or dimensions as we refer to them in the datawarehouse world is just the coolest way to work through a module or join multiple to make a fact.

FACETS have proved to be an excellent choice for my company in dealing with medical claims as it automates claims processing, care management, all the billing procedure, etc as in my business of insurance policies there are hundreds of insurance claim that require proper processing before approval.

FACETS have proved to be an excellent choice for my company in dealing with medical claims as it automates claims processing, care management, all the billing procedure etc. It really helps in reducing errors, and is productive throughout multiple departments.
