"Highly recommend TripleSeat"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? This software is the easiest to use in the industry. It is intuitive and offers hyperlinks for events that are changed in real time. Definitely saved me time every week once we switched over. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? So far I haven’t found anything to dislike Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Get it! "Incredible Event Tool For Restaurants"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The intuitiveness of the software as well as the ability to customize it to our own - we have been able to make changes that are brand specific making it super relevant to our field teams. "Easy to use, much-needed software for our small business"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Easy to use, super customizable, built in reminders, reporting function What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Nothing that I can think of other than not having an app. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Kept on top of our business leads with greater efficiency. Reporting functionality that I would not be able to do with Google.

What I think about Tripleseat

PROS: With Tripleseat, items are organized according to color. I am also on top of client deadlines, thanks to the tasks feature. CONS: It would be great to improve the formatting of Tripleseat so I don't have to manually type items and instead able to copy and paste what I need to add.

Events marvel

PROS: I like that Tripleseat is user-friendly because the UI is easily understood. If you need further info and training, tutorials are available online. The FAQs and YouTube videos helped me understand Tripleseat more. CONS: It would be very nice if the notifications are also available for when you are setting a financial goal or going over budget. It's frustrating, but to be fair it doesn't really keep us from going about what we need to do. This doesn't make me like Tripleseat any less.

Tripleseat is my favorite!

PROS: I like that I'm able to upload documents for each event on Tripleseat. We use it for all-things events, from layout to planner and timelines. The best part is that everyone in the team has access to their mobile and desktop devices too! CONS: They're able to improve on all the things I didn't like in the past, so I'm pleased they're open to feedback.

"Good for Sales & Events"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The ease of use. The interface is simple to understand, and there are a lot of tutorials online if you need some training. I was able to hop on youtube (the FAQ section is also helpful) and walk through several tutorials which really helped me learn the tool better. What do you like best about Tripleseat? The user-interface is surprisingly easy and you can train anyone to take charge of it.
