"Tripleseat is complicated but works well"

"The BEST solution for venues!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Before Tripleseat, we used google suites to run our venue. This meant spreadsheets for invoices, google docs for details...and guess what? We made all kinds of typos and human mistakes. Everyone did things just slightly differently. Naming and finding things was a challenge after 5 years in business. "Likely most useful for service/catering business"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? My favorite ability is the calendar feature which includes details such as expected guest count, location of the event so as to prevent double booking of a location, who the points of contact are, and (if applicable), menu, billing, payment, and so much more. "Plan events with ease"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love the option of making templates for each step of the process, from sending the initial proposal to your client and planning event details with clean and concise documents to a simple hit of a button to send the contract. Everything in the program is so user-friendly and very easy to learn. The filter option is also great, especially with multiple people who handle their events. Tripleseat is excellent

PROS: I highly recommend Tripleseat because it helped us become more organized with our multiple locations and events. Everything we add to the platform is easy to communicate and find. CONS: I've yet to discover the rest of the features so I can fully utilize Tripleseat. Perhaps an intelligent search bar that accommodates minor typos could help with this.

"Good Event Booking Software"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? That you can quickly transfer leads to events That you can delete events entirely instead of just marking them lost. The customer service is top-notch. Sales booster

PROS: Tripleseat is so easy to use and learn. The new hires in our team find it user-friendly and they learn on their own because there is online training available to them about both Tripleseat features and the industry. CONS: It would be great if it was set up to multitask a lot better, and that the settings change so often that I always had to seek an admin to get them to revert to the previous setup.

One-stop-shop platform

PROS: I think it's so wonderful that Tripleseat is making it so much easier for us to manage our event venue bookings, schedule staff, trach our revenue and reach out to our clients in the same space. CONS: None at all! In case I run into any issues, I quickly get a reply from their customer service team.

Event coordination magic tool

PROS: Tripleseat is so user-friendly and it's so detailed that it helps us become more organized. Their online tutorials are also helpful for us to maximize all their features. CONS: It would be more helpful to have additional features like more hosts to an event or access to hosts' contact information so we can avoid any confusion.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The design is intuitive and very quick to learn. It also has some great features such as being able to share your BEOs/function sheets with the clients which they find very useful and they also update when changes are made to the event without the client having to do anything.
