"Tripleseat keeps my events and communication organized"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The fact that I can keep all event communication in one place is incredibly helpful. Being able to filter events is super helpful as well. It is also great to have all of the leads in one central place. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? There are little things here and there that I wish were more user-friendly. Like finding attachments from the messages in an event or even searching for key words in the discussion areas of leads and events. ...

I am so much faster and more efficient when I communicate with clients via Tripleseat, because I have a template all set, so I can make a few small changes to personalize it and send it off within seconds.
