"Gather"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather keeps me organized and houses all my event materials in one place. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? A lot of large companies push emails from gather into their spam folders. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Gather has helped minimize the time I have to spend organizating group events. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps our large reservations organized.

"Gather for Rue Bourbon Balcony"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The way Gather streamlines all of our content make sales much easier and faster to process, which is an absolute blessing for our business that runs all marketing, sales, social media, and website amongst just two people. "Saves so much time! "

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love the fact that everything is in one system. I am able to send contracts and invoices all within one system. It is easy for the client to understand and looks extremely professional. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The biggest issue that I currently have with the system is the fact that I can't create a reoccurring event. "Very helpful and easy"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love the simplicity. As a newcomer to event planning, I was happy the process was super easy to learn, use, and execute. It makes for happy customers and happy employees. I do wish it could be a little more automated, but doing webinars, and talking with customer service people has helped me learn tips and easier ways for me to get the job done. What do you like best about Tripleseat? It's flexibility. We use it as an internal master calendar for the entire company. We've found a solution for any scheduling problem that we've presented with them. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? We don't use it as a transaction portal but if we did, I imagine that would be a little challenging. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Extremely user friendly. Very helpful for diocument organization, contact information and messaging. Wonderful with keeping our whole team communicating and updated with all events. Great for messaging templates and saving business files. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? "Best event booking program I have ever used."

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Easy, accurate and has a mobile app! The reporting is perfect! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Nothing, it works great as needed! I can not think of anything that I would change. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Keep doing what you are doing. It works! What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? I can logon anywhere and use Gather. Reporting is easy and accurate.

"New fresh way to do catering"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The multi access to communicate: customers, and the multi parties that are involved in a fast, easy comprehensive manner What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The app is not quite there yet, a lot of kinks. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication between the event team, the restaurant and the customer. Faster, clearer.

"Great Service"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Makes it pain free to communicate and have all needed info for any event. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Wish it was more mobile friendly. Even the app doesn't help much, it doesn't rotate, or offer a calendar view. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? We were struggling to have everyone informed for catered events or private tours, and this makes it easy.
