"Gather is great!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Customer service is outstanding - the Gather team is always available to answer any questions or walk you through issues What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Some reporting functions are a bit limited What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication within our team has improved- everyone from the General Manager to the Executive Chef has an account and uses the site and app to stay up to date on upcoming events.

"Love Gather"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The integration. We have 5 locations in our restaurant group and 3 of which have robust event business year-round (over $1M). We need to coordinate between a teams of managers and chefs in different cities to pull off our event and Gather makes that possible. I really like how all my communication emails for each event are attached to each event, that way I'm not searching through thousands of emails to find what I'm looking for What do you dislike about Tripleseat? What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather has been so helpful in streamlining our order creation/invoicing/client response time. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? "Gather ROCKS!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I like that Gather Keeps everything in one place. Easy to follow up with clients! Super user friendly. Allows different levels of access so teams can access but not change information. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? i hit spam alot. I wish when you clicked on a specific sort option for leads that it always came back to that option unless changed. What do you like best about Tripleseat? I was skeptical at first. I thought why would I need yet another place to have to type in all of the information about parties in another place. Once I decided to invest just a little time to learn how to use it, I discovered how easy it made keeping track of all of the different inquiries and events at our restaurant. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather keeps me organized and houses all my event materials in one place. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? A lot of large companies push emails from gather into their spam folders. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Gather has helped minimize the time I have to spend organizating group events. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps our large reservations organized.
