What do you like best about Tripleseat? The up-to-date daily digest that gets sent out every day. It helps keep all employees on the same page. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The payment process. We have a current system that is not compatible with Gather's software and requires too much legwork on our end to implement. "Hands down the best thing I have done for my Events business"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I can quote a wedding in less than 15 minutes What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Not being able to import my menus from a excel or word file. But it's not a major hardship. WOuld also be great if Gather integrated with Infusionsoft/Resdiary/Asana for us as those are our other major business systems. What do you like best about Tripleseat? User friendly, great calendar view, reliable & easy to read. LOVE the contact list with ability to view past events. Team communication is great! What do you like best about Tripleseat? I like it best that I can track leads, as well as interact with the gu st right on gather. I love the instant reports I get as well. "Streamlined Process"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Instead of using multiple different programs and calendars you can do it all from one program! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? nothing stands out, I have liked all features thus far What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Its nice to be able compare sales and guest counts from one year to the next in one easy program.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Having all info in one place. Eliminating the need for client files and paperwork. Having all client info on my phone via the app for easy access on the go. "Great to use clean and simple. "

What do you like best about Tripleseat? The smoothness in which I can send a proposal to a client. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Some of the inputting of menu items and details is tricky. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: Gather has a few quirks but once your work through them it is simple and straight forward. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? We've created BEO's that our chef is very happy with based on her specifications.
