What do you like best about Tripleseat? It is easy for other managers and owners to see what we have planned. I enjoy the easy communication between the restaurant and guests. That I can't make simple changes like changing a venue name unless I go through our Gather account manager. That attachments do not attach at the end of an email like in a normal email. What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love that I am able to work from anywhere with this software. The templates have saved me so much time and the e-signature has made the booking process easy and quick for my clients. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The one thing that is needed is the ability to have follow up dates. As of right now I do not have a way to schedule a follow up date and action for bookings.
