"Events made easy with Gather! "

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I like how user friendly it is. I've never worked in a place that handles a high volume of parties and events where everyone on the management team is able to use the system. Including chefs! What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I wish I was able to go to the main page of the event where it shows the details while I'm writing a message, or somehow save a draft of a message. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Details on proposals. Easy to use. Client engagement. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The phone app is not 100% functional when it comes to having everything you can do on the web site. Recommendations to others considering Tripleseat: You should definitely get it. What problems is Tripleseat solving and how is that benefiting you? Guests can always look back on thier contracts and also being able to upload documents for payments.

What do you like best about Tripleseat? it's a great over all organizational tool for helping with event set up as well as the payment system makes things a great deal easier. team communication is also a really great. makes it so you don't have to fish through a bunch of emails to find prior communications just have to look up the event. all in all a great system. "Fantastic Sofware"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? I love having everything in one place. Being able to communicate, make menus, and communicate with everyone on the team has really steamed line our private dinning room program. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? "Need better message window and email system"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? How fast the updates are when I receive a new message, submitted proposal, or credit card added to a sale. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? Unfortunately, the email is not the greatest. It has become highly inaccurate for delivery and I have had to become involved with the Gather IT support on more than one occasion. What do you like best about Tripleseat? Access and ease of navigating the system. Finding bookings is really easy, and making changes seems to be easy. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I run Accounting for a resort that has hundreds of events a year and we recently incorporated Gather as a way to generate easy to access BEOs. We also opted to take payments through Gather, and I need to have a detailed summary report daily with a breakdown of the different revenue groups, payments taken ...

What do you like best about Tripleseat? That I have all of my info in one place. No need for multiple calendars, I can download documents into any event - it's great. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? I would like to be able to customize Gather a little more - change things that may work better for me and my situation. "The organizational tool that makes my job a breeze!"

What do you like best about Tripleseat? Gather allows me to keep myself organized while providing me with consistent formatting for my entire team. The fact that it logs all email communication between my guest and myself in one place has virtually eliminated any missed email messages. What do you dislike about Tripleseat? The calendar won't print out in a monthly format that includes guest count and color coding. You can't label emails as high priority. The phone app does not allow me to ...
