Maximises efficiency

It's really helped to streamline my work flow and has changed the processes through which other departments interact with event data in a very positive way. Because of the speed at which I'm now able to manage leads and follow up on provisional bookings (we integrated tripleseat with sevenrooms which is a massive timesaver) we're now booking most of the available event timings each week. The best system I've used in the last 20 years

I have lots of experience with different venue booking & event management software, and by far this is the best one I've used in the last 20 years. I look after the sales of a restaurant collection with 4 properties. It is very user friendly for the team and easy to navigate. Makes responding to enquiries very quick, and for us, that has meant a huge increase in sales and customer service. Basic system but needs work

It's quite basic and easy to learn but It's not really user friendly. For an events organiser side - To put a space on hold you have to remove the space from all other customer enquiries, email attachments rarely show up for a customer and they can't work out how to navigate the discussion trails. It's really hard to create specific and multiple invoices for specific amounts. There are pre authorisation links everywhere which when spoken to our account manager cannot be removed for some ...

I would reccommend in a heartbeat

When we looked into implementing a new events platform, Tripleseat ticked all the boxes. Alongside being a one stop shop for the overall sales function they also provide helpful and punctual support as well as listening to client needs and developing their software UX.

Tripleseat has been revolutionary!

Tripleseat has been revolutionary for our business. Having a platform which allows us to strategically plan ahead is invaluable. The site is very user friendly and is great for all event admin needs. The reporting elements are also fantastic. The customer service team are always on hand to help and I never have to wait longer than hour for a response. Highly recommend.
