I had a great experience with Triplebyte and the talent manager Alyson there. The overall process was well thought out and streamlined. One thing that I do not appreciate about software engineering interviews by companies is how they try to filter candidates through standard algorithms and problem solving questions. Fantastic interview feedback

I ultimately ended up finding a job through another pathway, but Triplebyte's feedback was *insanely* valuable in this process. Their interview is thorough but not nerve-inducing, and comes with many paragraphs of specific, actionable feedback, which allowed me to focus on my weak areas and relax about my strengths. Triplebyte's interview process was very practical and relevant to the industry. Given that you go straight to onsite rounds after this, the hours spent was well worth it. The talent managers were all very helpful and encouraging. They gave very timely advice and relevant information. The only downside is the choice of companies, which are mostly startups. Booking flights and scheduling hotel is also a lengthy and difficult process.
