How SE should job hunt!

TripleByte is the future! After my experience with the company, I do not foresee myself looking for Software Engineering jobs anywhere else. I am based in Australia and I was able to find a job in California through Triplebyte. Triplebyte paid for my flights to the US, accommodation and transport so I could do my onsite interviews. My Triplebyte talent manager was really helpful and I received guidance along the way including negotiating a package. Highly recommended!

Great way to find a job

Triplebyte was extremely helpful for finding a new job. The technical interview they give is very well done and they give you detailed feedback which is extremely helpful when studying for onsites. I was contacted by a large number of good companies and was able to book plenty of onsite interviews. I'm definitely going to use Triplebyte the next time I'm looking for a job.

Had great expirience with TripleByte

Had great expirience with TripleByte. Online quiz and assessment are legit and designed really well. Platform helped introducing lot of companies, and skipping phone interview helps saving lot of time. Advisor also guided me how should I schedule all my onsites over 2 weeks. She also gave rubrick for company evaluation on different factors. It's amazing platform, and will definitely use it again in the future

Triplebyte offers a great way for Software Engineers find a new job. The service and feedback is excellent, and they guide you on things to do at each step. I managed to connect with many great companies in a large variety of industries through their process. In the end, I managed to get many onsites and offers with their help.

Great way to do less coding/phone…

Great way to do less coding/phone screens Triplebyte was a great way to eliminate the large number of repetitive engineering code challenges and phone screens up front. The only downside for me was that they don't work with companies in Chicago.

I really enjoyed the journey with TripleByte while looking for my new job. Everything was smooth and predictable. I got an honest and VERY detailed feedback after the initial TripleByte's interview, which is very helpful in itself considering what kind of interview feedback you usually get from companies.
