What do you like best about Triplebyte? I like being able to schedule pitch calls pretty easily with interviewers and candidates. Makes it pretty seamless. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? I don't like how there isn't a great way to search for candidate names in case you need to find someone. What problems is Triplebyte solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiring technical talent is a problem being solved and the benefits realized are reduced cycle times.

I love everything about triplebyte. the initial quiz isn't just a technical quiz, it includes some questions with multiple viable solution that depend on your personality as a programmer. Triplebyte is a must for all software engineers

As someone who has been in the software industry for 20 years and have participated in hundreds of interviews on both sides of the table, I cannot recommend Triplebyte's candidate evaluation process strongly enough. The ability for candidates to focus on a track and then prove their mettle through coding exercises and interviews is a great codification/standardization of much of the technical screening and testing that companies must do to vet applicants.
