"Powerful, with still great potential."

What do you like best about Triplebyte? As a candidate, I most enjoyed the vetting process. It helped me understand my placement among the broader pool of candidates. The feedback after the technical test was immensely helpful. I also enjoyed being able to focus on companies that we eagerly looking for candidates. I enjoyed communicating directly with the companies, and not a recruiter. --- From the hiring standpoint. I think the search features are wonderful. The grading system makes it ...

"Good Overall Experience"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Triplebyte makes sourcing technical talent a lot easier as we can set preferences. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? When scheduling triplebyte intro calls, it doesn't give us much autonomy. For example, we are not allowed to edit the schedule except cancel/reschedule. Recommendations to others considering Triplebyte: I think Triplebyte is a great technical sourcing resource and it definitely makes sourcing for engineering roles a lot more ...

"Great service to find undiscovered engineering talent"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Ability to source and reach out to candidates, filtering and search criteria. Ability to manage the process (reach out, schedule interview, make offer, etc) What do you dislike about Triplebyte? Takes quite a bit of effort to find candidates. What problems is Triplebyte solving and how is that benefiting you? We have hired two great engineers (not from central casting) through triplebyte

"Great for tech resources!"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Love that these candidates opt in. I really love that these candidates are prescreened for certain technologies and skill sets. I love that candidates can let you know how interested they are in hearing about new opportunities. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? The filter options are getting better but they could still use some tweaking - I do find myself still looking through a lot of profiles to find exactly the right skillset. But this is a ...

"The best way to hire software engineers!"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Finding great software engineers is *really* hard. Resumes don't tell you much (anything?) about someone's actual abilities, and cold outbounding is damn near impossible. TripleByte solves both problems at once, providing you a list of easily sortable engineers who are actively looking for new roles. Cuts time to hire in half and increases quality significantly. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? The Lever integration could use a bit of love, but ...

"TripleByte is BY FAR the best self-serve platform for recruiting software engineers"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? TripleByte's product (tool) is easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility. The available talent pool is outstanding, and in many cases, tested and evaluated, which is fantastic. TripleByte offers outstanding service to hiring businesses like ours. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? There's nothing I can say I dislike about TripleByte. The one thing that we found a little tedious is the adherence to the hiring steps in the process, but in ...

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Technically vetted candidates with intuitive UI What do you dislike about Triplebyte? The UI between Source and Fast track candidates is confusing Recommendations to others considering Triplebyte: Consider a year long contract with them especially if you are planning to hire a few people over a 12mo period What problems is Triplebyte solving and how is that benefiting you? "Vetted candidates presented in a non-overwhelming fashion"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? Great descriptions/insights of candidates' abilities, what they're looking for, their background, strengths, and weaknesses. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? Their number grading system makes no sense. Not based off an absolute scale (unsure what it's actually based off of). Recommendations to others considering Triplebyte: No specific recommendations. What problems is Triplebyte solving and how is that benefiting you? Sourcing people with a good ...

"Great candidates, diverse sources, and smooth process"

What do you like best about Triplebyte? We love that Triplebyte helps us find candidates who are strong on the dimensions we care about. Triplebyte's especially good at helping us identify candidates with non-traditional backgrounds who deserve our attention because of their skill. The Triplebyte process is quite smooth as well, and we save time by skipping all the pre-onsite stages for Triplebyte candidates since they're vetted by Triplebyte before we even meet them. What do you dislike ...
