I've been a client of triplebyte. I like their process and I think it is effective for both the individual and the hiring company. Their prescreening is tough but it gets you a direct line to the companies. It beats sending out resumes and hoping you hear something back.

TripleByte provided one of the most humane interview processes that I’ve ever encountered. By front loading and consolidating a lot of the busywork associated with software engineering interviews, I was able to focus a lot more on the teams I’d working with and the problems that they’re solving.

Good experience, landed me an excellent job in the Bay area. If I was doing it again, I'd be a bit more selective, as I overwhelmed myself by maxing out on pitch calls / on-sites.

Incredibly Valuable for Job Seekers Interviewing for software jobs is a particularly pain-staking & time-consuming experience. It was a huge relief to skip a bunch of intermediary interview steps.
