Triplebyte's process gave me lots of breadth; helped me feel confident about my decision
Triplebyte gave me exposure to lots of great, interesting companies, and made it efficient to do so. I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, and was worried that the quality of either the companies or the roles would be low. However, I was wrong. I got exposure to a lot of breadth, and many of the companies were of high quality with very talented engineers. I was well supported, and felt cared for through the process. I'd highly consider using them again in the future.

Great experience!
I had a great experience with the folks at TripleByte. The process was mostly enough and they treated me with a lot of respect, honesty, clarity, and care. It was refreshing to be able to have a conversation directly with a company without having to take yet another phone screen interview. They didn't have any on-site jobs outside of NYC/SEA/SFO, and they had a smaller selection of jobs for remote work. But that's more of a market problem than a platform problem.

TripleByte was a great process. It helped me get a job in a new city where I had no connections, which had been challenging. The feedback for the interview is incredibly helpful. The job I accepted through TripleByte is exciting, and I can't wait to start.
