Highly recommended for Software Engineers
I've accepted offers on two separate occasions through Triplebyte. Their process was very smooth both times. They connected me with many interesting companies, several of which I would otherwise have overlooked. Using Triplebyte saves a good deal of time and effort, since you don't have to prepare a tailored application for each company, and you can generally skip phone screens. Additionally, my agent provided very helpful advice on negotiation.

highly recommend triplebyte
Triplebyte was a great service, found and hired by a very cool company through them. by just taking their online quiz and video interview, essentially fast tracks you to their portfolio of partner companies looking for eng talent. really diverse group of companies that they curate. skipping the technical screen was such a time saver, and you end up getting in touch with some really great companies that are under the radar or outside your potential domain of knowledge. highly recommended

Got a Job! They did a great job of making the initial screening quiz fun - heck I took it because I was bored. From there on out, the process was well-defined and requirements clear. Talent manager Milena was very helpful and supportive throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

What do you like best about Triplebyte? The vetting seems to work quite well for identifying strong engineers who would otherwise be dismissed by traditional resume criteria and whiteboard style interviews. What do you like best about Triplebyte? Triplebyte provides a lot of specific information about candidates' technical proficiency, which makes it more helpful than similar recruiting platforms. What do you dislike about Triplebyte? There isn't a dedicated way to search candidates based on keywords, so I often have to wait for Triplebyte to add more candidates throughout the week.
