The model of interviewing and hiring process that Triplebyte provides and advocates I believe is the right thing for information technologies industry. It substantially saves times of an engineer by having only one tech screening interview which is quite deep and rigorous. After passing the tech screening you have plenty of opportunities to try out with tech companies of various sizes and domains.

Great selection of companies and great interview process
Great selection of companies, well designed process, and they did a good job of understanding my strengths and weaknesses in the quiz and interview process they did during their own screening. They also stay very involved and help the whole time, even helping in things I didn't even know I needed help with, but turned out to be much needed.
